Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains the basic rules for using Capsule Insights safely and lawfully. It is concise alpha language and should be reviewed before public launch.
Prohibited Uses
Do not use Capsule Insights for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, threats, exploitation, or activity that harms people, systems, or organisations.
Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy rights, misuse confidential information, or process content you do not have rights or permission to use.
Do not use Capsule to generate harmful instructions, facilitate wrongdoing, evade safety controls, or create content intended to cause harm.
Service Abuse
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, attack, disrupt, overload, scrape, crawl, spam, probe, or bypass the service, its infrastructure, its providers, or its security controls.
Do not submit malware, malicious code, deceptive links, credential harvesting material, or content designed to compromise systems or users.
Do not bypass plan limits, paywalls, rate limits, access controls, account restrictions, usage metering, or billing systems.
Automated and Platform Misuse
Do not use bots, scripts, bulk automation, or coordinated activity to abuse Capsule, generate excessive load, evade limits, or create fake accounts.
Do not use Capsule in a way that violates third-party platform terms, including podcast, video, article, transcript, payment, email, hosting, or AI provider rules.
Enforcement
Capsule Insights may issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or take other reasonable action for policy breaches.
Serious abuse, repeated violations, unlawful activity, security threats, or infringement risk may result in immediate suspension or termination.
A production enforcement, appeal, and takedown process should be finalised before public launch.
