Only upload, paste, import, or link to content that you own, created, are authorised to use, or otherwise have the right or permission to process.

You are responsible for confirming that your use of podcasts, videos, articles, PDFs, transcripts, notes, or other material complies with applicable law and platform terms.

You are responsible for the content you submit to Capsule Insights and for how you use generated summaries, insights, actions, exports, and shared pages.

Do not submit confidential third-party information, private data, copyrighted material, or restricted content unless you have the right to do so.

Capsule processes submitted content to provide the service, including summaries, insights, topic tracking, suggested actions, memory, exports, and related product features.

When configured, submitted content may be processed by service providers such as AI, database, hosting, analytics, email, and error tracking providers to provide and secure the service.

Do not use Capsule Insights for unlawful copying, redistribution, public posting, republication, scraping, infringement, or attempts to bypass paywalls, access controls, platform rules, or rights restrictions.

Generated summaries are intended for personal productivity, research, note-taking, and learning unless you have permission for broader use.

AI-generated summaries and insights may transform or condense source material, but they do not give you new rights in the original content.

Before sharing, publishing, exporting, or commercially using generated outputs, confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Capsule Insights may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access for misuse, infringement, unlawful activity, repeated complaints, or activity that creates legal or operational risk.

A production enforcement and takedown process should be finalised before public launch.
