Do not use Capsule Insights to process content you do not have rights to use, to violate privacy or intellectual property rights, or to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive material.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the service or its integrations.

Read the dedicated Acceptable Use Policy for abuse, automation, security, and enforcement rules.

Capsule uses AI to generate summaries, insights, actions, and decision support. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation.

AI output may also be misleading or miss important context from the original source. Verify important information before relying on it.

Capsule is not professional, legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for decisions you make based on them.

User content may be processed by AI providers to provide the service when AI integrations are configured.

Free, Premium, and Pro plans may include different usage limits, history limits, processing priority, exports, and intelligence features. Plan limits may apply.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The billing period may be monthly or annual depending on the plan and billing cadence selected at checkout.

Users should be able to cancel paid subscriptions through account or billing settings when billing is enabled. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless the final refund policy says otherwise.

Prices may change with notice, and taxes, VAT, or other charges may apply depending on jurisdiction, billing address, and payment provider calculations.

Stripe or another payment provider may handle checkout, subscription state, invoices, payment methods, tax calculation, and billing portal access.

Refund language is a placeholder. Do not promise refunds until refund eligibility, timing, exceptions, and support workflow have been reviewed.

The final public terms should explain whether partial billing periods are refundable, how refund requests are submitted, and how cancellations affect account access.

You retain ownership of content you upload, paste, import, link, or otherwise submit to Capsule Insights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Capsule.

By submitting content, you grant Capsule Insights a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, including generating summaries, insights, topic tags, suggested actions, memory, exports, and related product features.

You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, or lawful basis needed to submit and process the content through Capsule Insights.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of content you submit, and for how you use outputs generated from that content.

Capsule may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts if submitted content breaches these Terms, the Content Policy, third-party rights, applicable law, or creates safety, legal, or operational risk.

Do not submit sensitive, confidential, regulated, or private third-party content unless you are comfortable with it being processed to provide the service and you have the right to submit it.

AI-generated outputs may be based on user-submitted content and may reflect errors, gaps, or context from that content.

You retain responsibility for the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Capsule the permissions needed to process it, generate outputs, and provide the service.

Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you have the right to do so.

Only upload, paste, import, or link to content that you own, created, are authorised to use, or otherwise have the right or permission to process.

Do not use Capsule Insights for unlawful copying, redistribution, public posting, republication, infringement, or attempts to bypass platform rules or rights restrictions.

Generated summaries are intended for personal productivity, research, note-taking, and learning unless you have permission for broader use.

Capsule is provided as an alpha/beta prototype and may change, fail, or produce incorrect output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability should be limited for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-loss damages. Final wording requires legal review.
