AI Disclosure

Capsule Insights uses AI to help turn consumed content into summaries, insights, actions, memory, and decision support. This page explains what that means in practical terms.

This page is a beta-launch placeholder and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before production use.

AI-Generated Outputs

Capsule summaries, key insights, topic tags, suggested actions, Intelligence Recaps, Daily Briefs, and Decision Briefs may be generated or assisted by AI.

AI output can be useful for thinking, triage, and synthesis, but it should not be treated as guaranteed fact.

Accuracy and Limitations

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or missing important context from the original source.

You should verify important information against the source material or another reliable source before relying on it.

Not Professional Advice

Capsule Insights is not professional, legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other regulated advice.

Any actions or recommendations are for productivity and reflection. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the outputs.

User Content and AI Providers

When AI features are configured, user-submitted transcripts, text, URLs, notes, preferences, and related context may be processed by AI providers such as OpenAI to provide the service.

If AI provider credentials are not configured, Capsule may use mock output so the prototype remains usable without external AI processing.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for what you submit to Capsule and how you use generated outputs.

Do not submit content you do not have permission to process, and do not use AI output as the sole basis for important decisions.

Trust-Focused Design

Capsule aims to make AI assistance visible, useful, and calm. The product is designed to support clearer thinking, not to replace your judgement.
