Capsule may use browser storage to keep demo sessions, saved summaries, preferences, topics, actions, graph connections, and local billing state working without a backend.

This storage is required for the alpha demo experience and can usually be cleared through your browser settings.

Capsule includes a central analytics placeholder. Analytics are disabled by default and should be configured only with privacy-conscious event tracking.

Analytics events should not include full transcripts, generated summaries, email addresses, API keys, payment data, or private memory.

OpenAI, Resend, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and analytics providers may use their own cookies or processing technologies when configured.

Review each provider’s documentation and update this notice before production launch.

A production version should include consent controls where legally required and allow users to manage non-essential analytics preferences.

During beta, browser storage can be cleared manually if you want to reset local demo data.
